Imagine finding a renovated period style cottage in the middle of a green wedge in the Diamond Valley. This is what this property has got and more. Close to cafe strip and only 45 minutes to the city by train. Tastefully renovated with stained glass windows and a ceiling rose. Come and enjoy this home with a large decking at the rear and enjoying the wonderful bird life singing in the valley. Montmorency is a very liveable village style community with a strong community feel. The property is sealed off at the back for security if you bring your dog.

The house gave us ample space for our dog and visiting grandaughter .It was clean and well prepared.And David left us a welcome gift and communicated with us to ensure our stay went well .lt was really pleasant sitting on the back deck sharing a drink with the family and was very easy to drive to the various locations we wanted to visit .

Lovely little cottage in Monty

Cosy & comfortable

We had a great stay. The cottage was well appointed, airy and comfortable. Location was close to the fast food restaurants that our teen boys loved! Dave was fantastic to deal with and very accomodating. Our dog enjoyed the stay as well. Would recommend to families.

David is very communicative and welcoming. The house is a decent size and the rooms generous. In a lovely and quiet part of Melbourne, close enough to the train station. The house has almost everything you could wish for even a NutriBullet! There is plenty cutlery, utensils, crockery etc available. I prepared most of the Christmas meal for my in laws’ house in the kitchen. The wifi was great. The reverse cycle air conditioner was nice and warm! Yes we needed heating as it was so cold at Christmas. It was great to open the windows and get air in too at nights and the type of windows mean lots of air can get in. (We really liked this). There is a little sun room which we set up with our dogs’ crates. Thank you David.
