Excellent location, view and accompaniments! Host and property manager were immediately responsive and handled everything to our satisfaction.

Sunsets

Another great stay at Preciosa. The onsite staff is friendly and always willing to help. Great location overlooking La Ropa and a short walk to either the beach or town. Was able to check in early as we were coming from Troncones.

La Ropa paradise

Very comfortable and well appointed condo. Close to restaurants. Taxis and minibus drive by every 5 minutes to take you into town or further afield. Beach is 10 minute walk. The uphill hike back to condo is a built in workout. Helpful property manager on site.

Preciosa Paradise

This property is spectacular / condo exactly as pictured & better than we could have imagined / all staff from Security to Groundskeeper to Housekeeper were friendly and helpful. Even other Owners & their Guests were welcoming around the pool or in the parking lot! Everything is accessible whether walking down the hill to La Ropa Beach or into town along the Malecon (Madeira Beach) into Zihuatenejo itself. We can't wait to come back and hopefully Francois's Condo is available again because I'd stay there in a heart-beat!! Visited our favourite beach restaurants and finer dining spots and discovered new ones too.
