Adequate space for three people. Easy access to the beach and to Tumon and Hagatna.

For my family's first experience coming to Guam, the easy access to the beach from the unit was their favorite. The unit was clean and our host was great. We will definitely come back.

Clean, Comfortable, & Convenient

This 3 bedroom 2 bath villa worked well for us. Nice beach location within minutes to area restaurants and shopping and other attractions. Super convenient to the airport. Our daughter lives in Japan and we live in Tennessee. Guam is a convenient meeting spot.

Very nice stay! Close to shopping / food, everything you need. Has nothing to do with the property - but here is a warning do not leave belongings on beach - my bag was stolen (I believe by a homeless guy that was walking around the beach there)

The staff and management at Ocean Villa succeeded at providing a smooth and easy check in/check out process and clean, comfortable accommodations/amenities. Property was well maintained. Just a few steps to the beach. Place was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful sunsets. Great location to shopping centers and restaurants. We highly recommend Ocean Villa and we will definitely stay here again on future visits to Guam!!!

Great Stay

Great place with plenty of space, just like the photos. Everything matched the expectations perfectly. One of the best parts was being able to walk straight out to the beach—it made the whole stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a spacious spot with easy beach access. love to return again!
