Nice 1 bedroom 1 bath

The location was great and within walking distance to downtown Granville. The unit is 1 bedroom 1 bath and includes washer/dryer. We had everything that we needed during our stay. The unit is attached to a main house but we didn’t hear the guests next door. The bed was bouncy and uncomfortable so I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I’d recommend that the unit upgrade the mattress. The WiFi went out and owner was very responsive. Area was safe. We’d definitely stay again!

The apartment is lovely and in a wonderful location. I might add a pull out sofa and/or a King size bed to make it more flexible. Thank you to the hosts for a lovely visit.

The house was perfect for our stay. The location is ideal for a visit with our son who plays lacrosse for Denison. The space was thoughtfully appointed and super clean. Perfect space for two people to relax. Would definitely recommend highly. Thank you for having us.

A very cute, clean, nicely decorated place! Just the right size and a short walk to town which was very convenient. Appreciated the little perks like coffee and anything you would need in the kitchen or bath. Although we didn't do laundry, there is a washer and dryer. The bed is very firm but we both slept fine and they had nice bed linens which is always a perk! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Area

The property was very cute inside and well cared for. We very much enjoyed the view out the side of the property. It was very nice location within walking distance of restaurants, pharmacy, and the Main Street area.

We had an absolutely lovely time. The place was beautiful - even better than it looks in photos. The hosts were amazingly responsive and accommodating. Our only complaint was slow internet which was literally out of their control. We will definitely be back.

Quiet & Relaxing

Stayed here for Denison events. Close to downtown, easy walk, quiet neighborhood with deer, rabbits. Property was well equipped and comfortable.
