The accommodation is excellent. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, pool lovely and we had it to ourselves, the balcony was fabulous for breakfast and dinner/ drinks in the evening. Communication with host clear and prompt.
We stayed here 13-16 Nov 2025. The apartment was exactly as the images showed. Kitchen had everything we needed for 4 adults. There was a more generous supply of dishwashing power, detergent, toilet paper and rubbish bags than we normally find in other places. The apartment overall was clean. Bathrooms were modern and clean although cleaning of the ensuite shower needed more attention. Good supply of toiletries in the bathrooms. Airconditioning in main room was excellent and kept us very comfortable set at 24 degrees. Air conditioners in both bedrooms however did struggle to keep the room cool and we had to drop to 18 degrees and put on fan to be comfortable in the Darwin heat. Both the cleaning issue and the air con were reported after the stay to management who were very responsive and appreciative of advice. None of those issues we thought serious enough to necessitate contacting management during the stay. The apartment is a short drive out of Darwin central so would advise having access to a car. We did walk it one day which was not challenging but we mostly used the car. Car park was under the building and easy access to the lifts to the ninth floor. Instructions emailed to us prior to (and the codes on the day) were very accurate with images to show how to get the keys and access the car park and internal lifts. We all agreed it was good value for money and with the car the distance from the city centre was a non issue. Would recommend.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Communication with property was excellent and check in was simple enough. But thats all that i liked. If you arent driving then this property may be a little far into city unless you are a keen walker. There are a couple of bus stops but they are 7min walk away. Photos shown for property arent what it looks like inside. No cosy bedrooms with the beautiful bedding, etc etc. Everything was thrown up into the top of wardrobes and bedding was yellowing sheets and stained duvet . Felt like we were unexpected houseguests and place had been given a quick once over. Cleaning needs to be improved. No bath mats for in the shower or bath and that was very slippery. No hooks in bathrooms to hang your clothes. No bedside side lamps and trying to get to powerpoints by the beds difficult. Condom on the ceiling certainly didnt help. Over all extremely disappointed and most definitely wouldnt use a Zen Luxury property again.
