Spacious, glass-enclosed social area with 8m high ceilings and 560m² of constructed area.

Interior area:
- Living room with sofas and a games table overlooking the pool and garden.
- TV room with 2 sofas and cable TV.
- Dining room with 10 chairs
- Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Basic utensils include plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, mugs, pots, coffee filter, thermos, water jug, placemats, dustbin, plastic containers, cutting boards, etc...

- Suite 1 (lower floor) - two single bunk beds, wardrobes and bedside table, with air conditioning. Bathroom with electric shower, glass shower enclosure and mirror.
- Suites 2 and 3 (upper floor) - mirrored and adjoining suites, one (1) with a king-size double bed and a single trundle bed and the other (2) with two single trundle beds, both with built-in wardrobes, bedside table and air conditioning. Their respective bathrooms have gas showers, glass shower enclosures and mirrors.
- Suites 4 and 5 (upper floor) - mirrored and adjoining suites, one (4) with a king-size double bed and a single trundle bed and the other (5) with two single trundle beds, both with built-in wardrobes, bedside table and air conditioning.
