Feel the sea breeze as you open the doors to the front and rear alfresco areas. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need for cooking up a hearty meal. The living and dining area opens up to the patio where you can have some food, a drink and a chat outside - there's also a shower here for washing off after hitting the beach.

Air-conditioned for maximum comfort, the main bedroom houses a plush queen bed and dedicated work space to keep up on the day-to-day grind. A comfortable queen bed lays in the second bedroom, right beside a bedside table and lamp for some light reading before bed. Get ready before exploring Jetty Road and the Esplanade in the bathroom, where you'll find a vanity, toilet and shower. Make use of the washing machine and dryer to rinse off your sandy clothes after a day at the beach—while a separate toilet off the laundry adds to your everyday convenience.

You can park in either the garage or on the driveway.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourself. The parking garage is detached from the unit and can be accessed down the side lane. Please make yourself at home!

Brighton is a seaside suburb of Adelaide that offers a safe, family-friendly beach and is home to the Windsor Theatre which is known for its 1920's art-deco aesthetics and old-fashioned vibes. Stroll over to The Seller Door for some mouth-watering Haloumi Tacos. Be sure to pop into The Esplanade Hotel for a cold one while you're exploring the foreshore. Come home and chill out in the alfresco before snuggling down for the night.
