We had a great stay over New Year’s with a group of friends. The place was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed, which made it perfect for a group stay. Everything was comfortable and well set up, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful Family time at the Lake house

This place has literally everything you need to have a fantastic time with family and friends and to create amazing memories. The owner is awesome and keeps the line of communication open. House is super clean and recently renovated, Kitchen is very well equipped and property is well maintained. Thank you Jermey for allowing us to stay at your beautiful lake house!

Very fun cottage for a group of friends

The Lake House is a large, clean cottage that is ideal for a group of friends. We were a group of 15 adults and the eating/cooking areas were more than sufficient to accommodate us. We were all able to sleep in beds or pull-out couches. There is also enough floor space should you want to bring a blow up mattress instead of using the couches.The video games were fun and in good shape. We didn't spring for the garage of arcade games because the weather was good and there's more than enough to do outside.The chipping green was excellent and a ton of fun. It's a real highlight and unique to this property. The mini-putt is also in good shape and fun. There's also enough flat green space to set up other lawn games if you bring them.The swimming in the immediate bay isn't great but there are enough canoes/paddle boats to get into the lake and enjoy a beautiful swim.Be sure to read the description of the place closely as it's a little different from other rentals and excludes several add-ons (e.g. garage arcade, hot tub, etc.). The host is very communicative so just reach out if you want them added on. Be sure to specify that you want the hot tub hot the first night if you're booking it! Also, be aware that the dates listed here may not exactly match availability so be sure to reach out to confirm before booking the rest of your vacation.Overall, everyone gave it a big thumbs up and would go back in a heatbeat.
