Perfect for pets and family. Kitchen was very functional but they could use more supplies-we did manage to get a nice Thanksgiving meal cooked but we had to go to get pans and supplies.
Mattresses, chairs and sectional were too firm for our liking so it made it difficult for us to get a good nights sleep. However, the house is very quiet and conveniently located to everything. Downtown area, shopping and the beach were all within a five mile radius.
The description is very accurate and the house is very clean. The only problem is the same thing other people said they're is a sewage smell coming from the guest bathroom. Otherwise it was great. Thank you for letting us stay at your property. Only a 5-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine

Nicely Renovated Home
The home was comfortable, the kitchen was very nice, and the beds were clean and comfy. Our only complaint was a faint sewage smell that came from hall bathroom.
The house was perfect for us. Clean and easy check in. You will need a car bc this location is not within walking distance to all the things in downtown. It was great for us.
Clean house. Perfect for my husband and I. Close to downtown and just a short drive to the beach. There was a sewer smell coming from the hall bathroom. It wasnt an issue for us because we only used the primary bedroom bathroom. We kept the bath fan on and the door closed and the smell stayed contained. Would stay here again.
This older home has been nicely upgraded with a quartz kitchen with pot filler. Bathrooms nicely done. Beds were quite comfy. Neighborhood is in a good location to downtown and beaches, but street noise was noticeable. Our only complaint was there was a sewage smell coming from the hall bath.
We loved the house. It was perfect for 3 friends as we all had our own rooms. The cleanliness and decor were perfect. The proximity to all we wanted to do in St Augustine was also perfect. The only suggestion we had was perhaps some information available on how to work things such as the thermostat and TV. Although when we had questions on these items, we received a prompt response from the manager of the property.
House was in good location (near Lightner Museum). Things that were not up to par were handled immediately and met our needs. Would have been nice to have cable tv to watch football and news. Builder grade, probably a recent flip, but met our needs.

Charing bungalow
The house is very well, decorated, in a great location. Very comfortable. The beds were fantastic. The entire home feels new, and clean. . Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing some of the eclectic homes nearby. Birds were singing. and there are beautiful trees and green spaces. A short Uber ride, to Old Town, and the beach is not too far away either. The only thing I would add is an extra seat in the living room, and if you drink wine, bring your own wine glass, and opener. Overall though, it is a really great place to stay. Will come back.
Over all impresssion : The white towels (hand/shower) were not clean at all. There were clear brown grey markings on these neatly folded towels that should be tossed and replaced. The bathroom had horrible stench of sewage it took hours to expel the smell. The bed covers were in faded condition also with brown grey stains where these as well need to be tossed and replaced. The cabinet handles were all screwed on and left at uneven angles all throughout the house. The house kitchen was beautiful we had spacious room- the ring camera in from / back of the house helped us feel safe And the appliances were convenient check in / out was swift and easy.
