We loved this condo! There were 5 adults together for a week and there was plenty of room. Kitchen had everything we needed, loved having the washer/dryer just down the hall. The pool was very nice! We walked to John’s Pass every day.

Amazing location and very nice hosts.The building interiors are not very new but the beach is beautiful and the pool area is well kept and nice.

Great property and beach location. Unit very nice and as described. Elevator was down for 5 days which was a challenge but that’s not the hosts fault. Just the risk of a place with only on elevator. But been there two years in a row and would go again.

This is a lovely condo for the price. The kitchen was very convenient for making meals, some dirty dishes but nothing that couldn't be easily washed before use. No view of the beach from the balcony but was still a nice place to sit and chill between running to the beach or at the end of the night. The host communication was great they answered quickly to all questions or concerns. Overall a great place and right on the beach!

Fantastic location, great communication with the host, and clean and comfortable condo. My sister and I flew in for a long weekend - our first time to the area. We were thrilled with the location as we did not rent a car - aside from our initial grocery trip (Publix about 1.5 miles), everything is within walking distance - coffee, restaurants, shopping, beach, pool, and activities including fishing charters, dolphin cruises, parasailing, and jet ski rentals. The listing looks exactly like the pictures and the beds were comfortable if you like soft and feather pillows (I was in sleep heaven!). For our stay, the initial toiletries were sufficient. We didn’t take advantage of the beach chairs and supplies, but there were plenty. We appreciated the several beach towels as well. The only issue we had was that the wifi password didn’t work. We reached out to the host and were pleasantly surprised when they sent out a local tech within 20 minutes! He discovered we were given the incorrect password - oops! Overall, fantastic stay with great hosts and wonderful location!

Room 309

The place was fine and location was fine. The only thing I suggest for the condo is a fresh coat of Paint for the Front door! It is an disappointment and concern when you see the door for what lies behind it, a red flag to what you paid for. Take pride in your place from the first impression.
