We’re renting out this detached house—which was previously used as a private holiday home—as a holiday rental. It’s exclusively for one group at a time. At night, you can listen to the sounds of insects, gaze at the stars and moonlight, and wake up in the morning to the chirping of birds.

This is a home where you can spend leisurely time—whether gathering with three generations of family, relaxing at home with a manga, or having a barbecue in the garden. It’s also used for workations and corporate retreats. Nearby, you can enjoy swimming in the ocean, cycling, and hiking. Since the house was originally used as a holiday home, it is fully equipped with all the household essentials.

Basic Policies
・When making a reservation, please let us know the purpose of your stay and who you’ll be travelling with.
・Generally, we limit stays to families and married couples. Groups of singles are permitted only if they can keep the house quiet at night.
・Dogs (weighing 15 kg or less) are welcome. A separate pet fee will apply.(You may be required to pay for any damage to the house or furniture.)

The ground floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area spanning approximately 50 tatami mats. The kitchen is an island-style kitchen with a 3-burner gas stove. A sofa set is also available. Please use this space as a place for everyone to relax.

There is one private room on the second floor (with two single beds). Please use the futons (4 sets) in the open spaces, such as the loft and hallway. With a total of 6 sets of futons and blankets available, the property can accommodate up to 6 guests.

There is a large bathtub on the second floor. You can relax and soak in the warm water while looking out over the mountains. The washroom is equipped with a large washer-dryer. There is one toilet on both the first and second floors.

We have a large collection of Osamu Tezuka manga. We also have video games and other entertainment options.

The garden features a wooden deck with a wooden table and chairs. Please feel free to relax here (some guests even work here). We also offer BBQ equipment for rent. However, due to noise restrictions, we ask that you come inside after 8:00 PM. This is a very quiet area, so we appreciate your cooperation.

Due to fire safety regulations, the use of wood-burning stoves is prohibited. Please use the air conditioner during the winter months.

As this is primarily a holiday home, while it is well-equipped with daily necessities, some areas may show signs of age. If you are looking for a clean facility similar to a new hotel, we recommend choosing a different type of accommodation.

The owner resides in the house next door and is available to provide information about the surrounding area and respond promptly to any issues.

You are generally welcome to enter any room. The cottage is fully equipped with all the amenities originally intended for holiday use.Seasonings are provided, but we recommend bringing your own essential items just in case. It’s perfect for a home-cooked dinner using local ingredients.

1. Access Road to the Facility
There is a ditch along the way, so please be careful not to get a tire stuck. The entrance to the car park is on a slope, and tyres may slip, so please drive in with some momentum.Furthermore, there have been frequent instances where car navigation systems direct guests to the wrong location when coming to the house, causing inconvenience to our neighbors. After you make a reservation, we’ll provide not only the address but also “directions,” so please use those as a reference when visiting.
