The beds are full-size, which is just a bit smaller than queen-size. We welcome 4 guests to stay, but beware the unit will feel small! We encourage you to preferably be 2, for a more comfortable stay.
Guest Access:
The resort is shared between a hotel and private units like ours. Contrary to most resorts around, there is no added registration fee and resort fee on arrival. The building’s $65 registration fee + $10/day resort fee are included. There is nothing more to pay when you check-in.

PARKING
Valet parking is a third-party service that charges $45+tax/day if paid on location, but we can get you the owners discount at $35+tax/day. After booking, let us know if you want Valet parking, and we will tell the front desk to give you the discounted rate.
Parking alternatives are at 6080 Collins Ave (1 block away, near the Starbucks), mention you're at the Casablanca and get charged “only” $18+tax/day. There is also street parking, and our preference is the parking lot just 1 block north to the right, by the beach. All metered parking cost $1/hour, enforced 8AM-6PM everyday.

The room and the view were awesome ! Beachfront for the price we paid was amazing. I looked for hours and this room was by far the best deal I found for beachfront in Miami. It was very clean and bright in there and spacey. Only thing is you do have to walk a bit or Uber to where everything takes place. But in my opinion it was worth it for the view.

Misleading Listing and Serious Health/Safety ConcernsReview: Our experience at this unit was deeply troubling and far from the "fully renovated" and "CDC-standard cleaned" space advertised. We arrived to find significant cleanliness and maintenance issues that made the unit uninhabitable.Key Issues:Hygiene: We found hairs in the bed, sand and food crumbs on the nightstands, and thick layers of dust on the headboard, lamps, and outlets.Health & Safety: There was visible black mold surrounding the air intake vent. Most concerningly, the fire sprinkler heads had been painted over—a major safety code violation.Maintenance: The "renovated" description is misleading. We found rusted curtain rods and door frames, stained furniture, and gunky window frames.Host Communication: We alerted the host within 30 minutes of arrival. Despite multiple calls to the provided contact numbers, we received no response for hours and were forced to find alternative lodging late at night. The host's eventual response was dismissive and lacked accountability for the state of the room.Summary: The photos in the listing do not accurately represent the current condition of this unit. Between the lack of basic cleanliness and the safety hazards, I cannot recommend staying here. We had to involve VRBO support immediately to seek a refund for a stay we could not complete.
