Amazing view and lovely decor

The house is beautifully decorated and very well appointed. It has everything you need, and everything is all really good quality. House has a killer view and is light and breezy. Easy walk to a couple of good pubs and restaurants and ocean pools are right out the front. Big playground too straight in front if you have little ones. The beds are really comfortable. The towels are not very nice. The host is great. She responds very quickly, is super friendly and brought us a few things we needed quickly and without fuss. Unfortunately the house is flanked by building sites. Both sites start up at 7am. They finish at about 4 and then it’s very peaceful. The house is very damp and a bit mouldy. Smells musty. Also note that there are nearly 30 steps up to the house. If you’re lucky enough to get the sun, the balcony is beautiful. It rained a lot of the time we had there and unfortunately once the outdoor furniture got wet, it didn’t dry out again so we couldn’t use it.

Hi Kelly, thank you for your feedback below. It is definitely a challenge with the building sites at the present moment we agree. Offering our beautiful home at a lower rate than usual we do hope provides some compensation for this fact as well as our disclosure of the building at the bottom of the listing. We are really pleased that you found our PM team to be efficient and friendly, and the balcony is definitely a beautiful spot when the sun comes out. The furniture purchased for the balcony is the fastest drying furniture currently on the market, however the amount of rain we had, a months fall in 2 days was definitely a test on most properties and outdoor furniture capabilities.
