3 bedroom 1 bathroom modern cabin located just 1 Km from Clear Lake Manitoba. Washer, dryer, electric fireplace, heated concrete floors provides convenience and comfort. Large deck which is family friendly with only one step to a beautiful hot tub awaiting. Large full patio doors provides cabin with a lot of natural light. Comes fully equipped with plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen with a wine fridge and filtered water and ice machine in the fridge. Cabin can be enjoyed all year around with air conditioning for summer and large seating outdoors on deck. Sleeps 7 comfortably.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at No 9 Bear Den Cabin at Clear Lake. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring.The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout our stay, making everything easy from check-in to check-out.The location is excellent—just a short distance from Riding Mountain National Park, which made it convenient to enjoy hiking, wildlife, and all the beautiful scenery the area has to offer.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Bear Den Cabin to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay near Riding Mountain National Park. We would happily stay here again!

Lovely modern place- lots of space in all of the bedrooms, the washroom with a new-looking washer and dryer, the kitchen and living room. Comfy space to chill & enjoy the large kitchen table if poor weather. Wonderful outdoor space- quite private. Amazing to have a patio table with umbrella for morning coffee and meals, plus a patio area with comfy chairs and a fire pit with lots of chairs! The hot tub was a definite highlight after long hikes and bike rides. Only complaint was that although the kitchen was fairly well equipped, some of the nonstick pans need to be replaced as they are in terrible shape. Luckily there was foil and parchment provided so we could still use them covered for baking. We had a few black bears visit the property which certainly suited the name!

Fantastic place! Easy to check in & owner was very responsive to any questions. It had everything we needed to make it enjoyable. The kitchen had all the cooking utensils needed. It has a beautiful patio layout and we enjoyed it so much. We would definitely visit again.

Perfect for small family gathering

This property had everything we needed. Hot tub was very good, clean, and functioned well even in -35 weather. Extra blankets for lounging on couch was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice, big dining table for playing board games, and pretty electric fireplace that kept the living room cozy.

Family Christmas Getaway

This place was perfect for our family. The only “negatives” would be that one bedroom was a sauna while the master was ice cold. *it was a very cold few days so that may have played a role. The kitchen is sparsely equipped but if you plan accordingly you’ll be fine. Everything else was excellent! We would definitely book again.

Very modern and beautiful property. It could have been kept up better. There were dirty utensils and pots in the cabinets, the living room fire place didn't work, and the hot tub was very cloudy. But we certainly enjoyed the big kitchen and open living area. We needed three bedrooms and it worked out well for us.

Bears Den is a cozy home away from home for our family. We really enjoyed the hot tub as the weather wasn’t as warm as we had hoped. The only complaint I have is there was no salt and pepper so we had to buy some in town.
