The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances that will allow you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, walk-in shower and vanity, for a spa-like experience.

House rules:
-Check-in: After 4 p.m.
-Departure: 11 a.m.
*The late check-out penalty is 50 $. Guests will be charged for any loss of income due to late check-out.
- Smoking is not permitted in any way
- Registered guests are the only ones who can stay in the house. No additional people can stay in the house without permission.
Additional cleaning fees may apply, so please make sure to follow the check-out instructions.
- Help us respect the environment! Please turn off the lights when you leave the property.
- Long-term stays: Stays longer than 28 days require a monthly cleaning service ($100 paid by the guest).

General rules:
- No parties. Any evidence of an unauthorised party or event will result in a fine of more than 500 $, legal action, and possible eviction without refund, as well as the cost of any additional cleaning or damage resulting from the event.
- Drugs and firearms are prohibited on the premises of the establishment. All illegal activities are prohibited.
- GOOD NEIGHBOURLY POLICY: The apartment is one of two in the building; therefore, we ask that you respect our neighbours. Noise levels must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times.
- Residential noise: Music and noise should be reduced after 9 p.m. No unreasonable noise between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.
