This place is close to the beach and shops on the west end of the island. There was plenty of room for our large family group. Had a great time!

Overall, the property was fantastic! Short walk to the beach, clean, and comfortable. There were a couple things that could be done to mitigate sand getting everywhere, like extending the boardwalk from the parking area to meet the stairs and repairing the rinse off deck downstairs as well. Still a fantastic property, and I would not let that stop me from staying again!

Location was great - behind a couple houses so not directly on the beach but just a few short steps away and very easy to get to. The house was perfect for our group of 10. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and space in main living area for all of us. The keypad code did not work when we arrived but was quickly resolved with a phone call. Only con - the screened in porch needs some attention with the door and painting on deck. Would have been nice to use it at night to be outside and away from the mosquitoes. However, we spent most of our time on the beach anyway so it wasn’t a huge issue. Would definitely stay again!

Lock box did not work for check in, host responded quickly!Not the cleanest place, the counter and floors were sticky and the shower curtained looked stained. The fans in the closet also did not work. They did supply plenty of towels and had fully stocked kitchen appliances. Parking is nice and the distance toBeach was wonderful.

Location was great! Beach just steps away. Very big home. The only downfall for us with Daulphin island is there really isn’t much for restaurants, so bring groceries. Buying groceries on the island is beyond expensive. Views are amazing and it’s very peaceful.

Perfect Getaway

Great location and property. Would definitely stay again. Only issue would be trash outside at the property. There seemed to be recent construction work at this property and current construction work going on at a neighboring property- causing lots of debris and trash outside. So watch the little ones closely. This issue should be resolved as soon as construction ends. Overall great stay.
