Great property to stay at; good location, good proximity to John's Pass for dinner, shops, etc. The unit was nice size (2br, 2ba) and well equipped. Only downsides were a slightly hard bed in main br and a few small maintenance items (blinds need anchored in br, bathroom robe hook and tp dispenser needs addressed).We enjoyed; would recommend.

Very short walk to the beach, which wasn’t crowded at all. Loved having free beach chairs available in the rental office. Perfect place for our family getaway

Location was perfect

Very nice place to stay! Perfect view of sunsets. Walking distance to shops & restaurants, great walking & bike paths. Short walk to beach. Dishwasher was not emptying the dirty water, notified the office & it was fixed the next day! Very friendly rental staff. South had everything required. Nice pool, ping pong, hammocks, corn hole, parking, close to everything needed. board,
