SUCH A COZY, SWEET ROOM!

I stayed here from Friday, April 13 - Tuesday, April 17, 2018. It was a wonderful experience! It was just me, so it was a perfect size. The bed was ultra comfortable, the shower was roomy and there was a small refrigerator and microwave. The owner and managers were very nice. Any questions I had they immediately answered. I booked way back in October, 2017, and they were in touch with me on a regular basis. The location was very convenient. It's within walking distance from several stores and eateries. Thank y'all for being there!

Don’t recommend

Have been using VRBO for the past 6 years. First poor experience I’ve had. Rented for a work / personal trip, the property owner was virtually impossible to get in touch with and there was a tenant in the connecting property that was unaware there was a guest coming in and seemed unfriendly / wary of anyone else being on the property. Needed internet access to work, and there was no internet / WiFi - again the VRBO owner was completely unreachable and never responded.

Horrible!

This dungeon called “Pepsi Av” is the worst place I ever stayed. Crammed with two large heaters, a large window/floor AC, a fan and mini-fridge. Only one electric outlet not occupied by owners equipment. Ceiling less than 7 feet: I’m not kidding! No place to hang clothes and 3 drawer dresser is filled with owner’s stuff; blankets, iron, coffee service. Whatever temp the main house wants is blasted in your face at the sink, even with vent fully closed. No door between bathroom and bedroom. Right on a noisy intersection and if there are people in the house above you can hear them one foot above your head- Especially at 4 a.m. Entry requires a walk around 3/4 of the house, the last 50 feet over large lumpy rocks with half of the path lights broken. The oddest, worst decorated and grimiest VRBO property I’ve ever encountered.

Super cute and centrally nestled

Super cute and just what my daughter and I needed for our trip to the Midtown Music Festival. The property is located in an established neighbor and super walkable. It was nice to have a reserved parking space, so it allowed us to Uber to festival and around town. The property also included a small refrigerator, microwave and iron. The only suggestion would be to have a retractable curtain between bathroom and room for a little bit of privacy, but over all the room was fantastical cozy and really complimented our visit . #2017 Midtown Music Festival Kristen and Victoria

Cozy

We rented the entire property for a wedding weekend- we were so comfortable and the stunning property is so convienient to all the needs you could possibly have. The only I would have is provide more towels and bathroom paper products. Thank you would definitely highly recommend for a large party!
