Be aware that when outdoor temperatures are in the upper 80s, the unit can reach 85–90F inside. While the listing accurately notes that there is no air conditioning, the unit only has two portable fans and no ceiling fans, which weren't sufficient to keep it comfortable. This is something prospective guests should consider if visiting during the summer. Location is excellent with access to the Gondola, and steamboat ski resort across the street.
