House needs some work...and I understand that it was just moved back away from the beach, but she needs some love as she's a little tired. Exterior porch doors don't close, furniture is tired, dirty, chairs in theatre room are broken, walls are in really, really bad shape..need plaster work and paint..counter tops aren't level/square.

Perfect Beach House

Loved staying here. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The only issue we had was not all the jets worked in the hot tub and the elevator didn’t always want to work. But besides that it was very clean and the view from this house was worth it.

Beautiful Oceanfront

My husband and I stayed here. The house is very well equipped and truly oceanfront. It is so-well maintained and upscale. The elevator was helpful during unpacking. The best part is that it is pet friendly. It is so hard to find a clean, luxurious home that allows dogs. Thank you.

Large kitchen, 2 refrigerators were great to have. Ice maker on 1st floor was great .movie room was great, needs new chairs tho. Pool could use a rail by the steps for safety for older people. Views were great. Blinds on side windows would be helpful as neighbors could see right into the house. But overall, we enjoyed the house.

Beach Vacation

Beach Access was awesome. Views were amazing. Stand alone Ice maker was not operational and pool was not clean. 4th level living and dining are had windows and the people next door could look directly into that area. I would suggest investing in some blinds for that area

Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
They said this was an ocean front property with accessand it wasn’t. There was construction going on 24 hours a daythat they didn’t tell us about blocking our view from the ocean. The construction made it so we had to walk all the way down the beach just to get access.They had bright lights, beaming all night and bulldozer is keeping us awake.I asked them for compensation and they have yet to respond. I have videos of the construction guys working all night keeping us awake.
