We had a wonderful stay at this place, which is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Naples and the beach. The home was spotless, very well kept, and thoughtfully prepared when we arrived, making it feel welcoming right away. We stayed for a week while my stepdad underwent surgery, and having access to a washer and dryer was incredibly helpful and made the stay much easier for us. The property was also very pet-friendly and worked perfectly for our little pug, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable, stress-free stay during an important time for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Loved staying here

Beautiful, spacious, clean property. Kitchen very well equipped. Loved having two separate bedrooms and the master bath. Also enjoyed the screen porch, patio, and pool.

While listing stated house was smoke free, know you can smell it. Not sure if the neighbors smoke or not, just something to note. No check out information provided.

The stay was great, host are very commutative and helpful if at all needed. Property was exactly as advertised! Great location and environment, definitely recommend. I did not need the second bedroom, but for a family this is a great get away stop!

Perfect Beach Bungalow

The place was easy to find and right across the bridge from downtown Naples. It was in a decent neighborhood and was very quiet and peaceful. I have 3 young kids and felt more than comfortable there, inside and outside. The back porch was great for the morning time. I'd stay here again.

Nice place

The house was clean and very comfortable. I felt safe where we were and everything was lovely. We used the washer and dryer and the screened in porch was a nice touch. Didn’t have time to ride the bikes provided, but we would have had we had time. That was another nice amenity. Would definitely stay there again!

First thing we saw was pot holes in front of the house. The sofa was filthy but they had that cleaned during our stay. The bicycles weren’t usable so they rented bikes for us to use during our 25 day stay. The owner stopped by and took care of a few needs (towels, cookware etc) which was appreciated.The place was a 15 minute walk to Tin City and about a 30 minute walk to Fifth Avenue. It was approx 30 minutes to the Naples Pier by bike which was nice. The location was ok but the duplex needed a little love.

Family time

Good location and comfortable beds. Easy parking close to door. We were glad we had a washer and dryer! Close to beach and resturants. Main complain; the tile floors were not clean, needed light bulbs in laundry room and a bathroom bulb replaced. Maybe a table or dresser for suitcase. We enjoyed riding the bikes. One just needed handle bar tightened. We enjoyed our stay in this cute 2 bedroom!

I have owned VRBO's and know that things can happen...but this stay was well beyond anything reasonable. I also grew up in this town and am well aware of mold, weather elements and yet there seemed to be total disregard for general rental worthiness! No internet for 2 days, although the manager insisted it was working. Finally a friend/associate came to resolve the evening of the 2nd night. Suggested to manager that she needed a dresser or, at minimum, luggage racks in the bedrooms...she insisted there was a dresser. Apparently she had mixed up units and thought there was a dresser. She said people generally use the closet (no shelving) and I wondered if she hangs her under ware, bras, socks, bathing suits, shorts, etc? Screened door was on the floor upon check in and manager acknowledged this to be true and said she had not been able to repair before our reservation. We were unable to leave the doors open for ventilation because of the bugs, etc. A nice gentleman came after hours 2 days later, spendin 3hours repairing the screen door, using his car headlights to repair. The lights were shining into the living room for that duration.There was a broken window glass in the living room and window was inoperable. Two other doors, laundry room and closet, were not attached to their hinges and just leaning on the wall. Kitchen pots and pans were well used and ready for replacement. No towel racks in bathroom, holes in wall where they once were located.
