Tucked away on a quiet, non-through street, our property is just steps from both the Ocean and Bay, with convenient parking for up to 3 standard vehicles.

THE COACH HOUSE - This Listing:
Nestled on the second floor, our cozy Coach House exudes beachy charm with its knotty pine walls, wood floors, and open-concept design. Ideal for up to 4 guests, it includes a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living area. Features include:
• A fully equipped kitchen for preparing all your favorite meals
• An open-concept living and dining area with a decorative-only fireplace (perfect for ambience)
• A 3-piece bathroom (with shower, no tub)
• Central air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round
Step outside to your own private deck, where you can relax, dine, or sip your morning coffee while taking in the fresh air. There’s also a gas grill at ground level, perfect for outdoor meals. The shared storage area under the Coach House gives you access to laundry facilities and beach gear, and don't forget the dedicated outdoor shower—a beach house essential!

This was our 2nd time staying here. It is a lovely location right next to the most peaceful beach spot in lbi. Best sunsets and big space for wiffle ball and shell searching. The owner is wonderful and very responsive and kind. The property is clean and also very peaceful. We love staying here!

This was our third year staying here. This property is a classic NJ beach house. It's size is just right for a couple and we love the place. It's location is awesome and convenient to the beach. It's close enough to restaurants and shops too. The owner is responsive and helps if there's a question. The outside shower is amazing!

Great for a quiet beach stay. The place has a very "beach cottage" feel that we love. The owner is great and easily reached if there are any questions or issues. This was our third summer at this rental and we intend to go back next year.

Great beach house

House was perfect for 2 people. Great location, close to beach and wildlife reserve. Nice porch and well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, etc. We also rented the larger front house for more family so was nice to have the bungalow for some quiet and relaxation.

Property is exactly as described. Very clean. Rental agreement information and instructions are clear.Correspondence with Host is helpful and friendly. Any questions were answered in a timely manner. Everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Nice location close to ocean and bayside for gorgeous sunsets! Lisa is an attentive host when needed, but also allows her guests the ability to enjoy the beach house and all the area offers. Great location

This is the second year I stayed at this property with my adult daughter. We love the location, very peaceful and quiet street, with a great deck that faces the East. The property owner is always kind and friendly and helpful! The home has sheets and towels and cleaning supplies even though we bring our own it’s nice to know they are there if we need them! Whoever goes there I’m sure you will enjoy your stay like we did!

Rented both homes so our family could stay together. Everything was perfect! This property is very cared for and well maintained. You’ll find many nice details and the decor is adorable, very beachy. Hideaway in Holgate

We had a lovely stay at Lisa's Coach House in Holgate. The house was absolutely charming, the location was awesome, and Lisa was attentive and responsive. The deck was lovely with the morning sun for coffee and nicely shaded in the evening for dinner and drinks. The beach was an easy walk and the neighborhood is quiet and private. We could not have been happier and will definitely stay again! Thank you!
