I stayed here for four days while I was in Decatur for an interview, and overall I had a really good experience. The house is very nice and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It’s also in a great location, really close to Publix, Kroger, and tons of restaurants, including Slim Chickens and Olive Garden, which made everything very convenient.The house has a really nice 1990s feel to it, which I actually enjoyed. I especially liked the older kitchen appliances because they give the house some character and a nostalgic feel.There are just a couple of things that could use some attention. The house could benefit from a good deep cleaning, and the showerheads definitely need to be replaced. There was barely any water coming out of them, which made showering a little difficult.Other than that, I really have no complaints. I enjoyed my stay, felt comfortable there, and would absolutely stay here again if I’m back in the Decatur area.

Overall we had a good stay. We were primarily at this property to sleep and clean up, and most of our time was at another house close by.....house was clean and easy to use, with ample parking. It fit our needs very well

Alabama Visit

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very clean. The backyard was very pretty. We loved how the owner supplied hand soap, bars of soap, TP, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent. We had a great stay!

The place was great. Remote would not operate the tv volume. Made ine call to property manager, no answer and voicemail was full. Overall was a great place to stay.

My stay in Decatur.

This house was clean, and in a good area of town. I felt safe. If I had any complaints it is that the fixtures (faucets and shower head) in both bathrooms were pretty awful. They don’t LOOK bad, but hard to adjust and the shower heads were just awful and should be replaced! The kitchen is outdated but functioned pretty well. Please add more cookware, some sharp knives and some storage bowls for refrigerated food. There was plenty of plates glasses and cutlery, just nothing sharp. Thanks for the “stay”. And having said all that, I would stay again.

Didn’t give 5 stars because I reached out multiple times trying to gain information about the type of coffee system available in the house. I didn’t receive a response, even though I reached out days in advance. I wasn’t prepared for a Keurig. Thankfully there were some pods available but we had to go and purchase more. Also, the kitchen is very lacking of utensils and dishes. No can opener, wine opener, casserole bakeware, grilling utensils, etc. However, the house was super clean, great back yard / patio area, plenty of towels, great location. We would stay at the property again, but would be better prepared for the small issues I’m reporting.

Property had a few issues. No light in master bed room ceiling fan didn’t work in master bedroom. Light bulbs blown in a few rooms.Love seat recliner broken. We had propane tank refilled. Grill was a mess. I cleaned it. Left a lighter and wire grill for the next people. Beds was comfortable house was nice. Just needed some TLC.
