We had a wonderful stay! The property is absolutely beautiful. The house was clean and well stocked with the kitchen items we needed. We also found the location to be very walkable to great restaurants and not too far away from where we did most of our shopping. 10/10 would recommend and visit again.

Great place to stay in town. It has 3 bedroom and the common area is very spacious so good for a family get together or staying with a few friends. The landscaping is beautiful and we had the community pool all to ourselves. There was some confusion about the address. Google Maps sent us to the wrong location and we struggled to find the place but eventually did. The designated parking spot was too narrow for our car so we had to park in another spot. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place.

A lovely apartment, but a way from the centre, there is no cafe onsite which is a real shame, and the complex is quite empty. The apartment could do with a dishwasher which id have expected for such a highly spec flat, and the pool only got cleaned when I asked for it. Apartment is a 9/10, complex a 8/10. Tulúm ok, would only suggest a 4 night stay

Thank you, Tracey, for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the apartment and appreciate your kind comments. Regarding the pool, when you let us know there were some leaves in it, we understood there had been strong winds shortly before, and the person responsible for cleaning it was already scheduled to attend that same day. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

Great place! Location was perfect in the more modern are of Tulum. Getting around on scooters is highly recommended. It made our stay even better. 3 big bedrooms. Full kitchen. Air conditioning. Well stocked. Easy and quick communication. The community pool was amazing and extremely quiet. We highly recommend this property.

This place was awesome for our family of four. Pictures are accurate. Private pool was wonderful for our two kids, but the big pool was sensational and there was hardly ever anyone there. Condo was quiet and tucked away from booming clubs but a short walk to shops and restaurants. No coffee percolator - throw your aeropress in your suitcase if that's your preference. Parking spot is extremely tight!! But after tucking our review mirrors in we became pro at slotting it in there. Building complex was very secure which we loved. The security guard was a real sweetheart. We would stay here again and recommend this property!!

The house and pool were so beautiful and clean! I loved this property so much!! The main pool was awesome too and I was able to get a massage. My only complaint was the parking spot is very small. We had to tuck in the side mirrors every time to come in and out. But overall it’s 5 stars!

One of the best spots in Tulum!

Everything from beginning to end was absolutely awesome. The host is everything you want - attentive, informational and accommodating! The location is beautiful and the pictures are absolutely accurate. The pool is great for late night soaks with lawn furniture under the beautifully lit trees. 10 stars Thank you

Lovely rental property in Tulum

Beautiful property, good location. I would only suggest they have more property keys available, particularly for gates, 1 or 2. This made access in and out of the community difficult if more than one person was leaving the property, and having no access to the front made it difficult for drivers to understand where we were.

Thank you for staying with us, we will make note on your comments, please note that we use a lockbox so leaving the keys in the lockbox should help everyone have access :)

Really beautiful, spacious and well-kept living space and grounds - photos are accurate. Comfortable and clean beds and large bathrooms and nice showers. Host was very responsive. We loved both pools, especially the public one - big enough to swim laps which was a bonus - we surprisingly had it to ourselves the whole week. Quiet area (other than traffic noise - close bathroom doors at night to block that out) - for the first few days we thought we were the only ones living in the building / compound. You do get the sense that this neighbourhood is new and in development. Glad we decided to rent a car last minute at the airport when we arrived - I think it would have been a bit tricky to get around otherwise with 2 kids in the heat. Ice cream shop, a 7-Eleven and a cafe 5 min walk away. Tennis club/coffee shop right next to the apartment. Parking spot is tight, but you get used to navigating around a street lamp post to get in and out (don't rent a large car!). We weren't able to connect with the wellness spa to book the hot tub or anything else - we were told by hosts we have to connect with them separately, but never could after trying several times in person and by phone. Spent 2 days at the beach - paid for beach / national park access, then paid for an umbrella at Playa Paraiso. Stunning place to call home on our holiday in Tulum!

Great place; some bumps

This is a fantastic home and property. Truly great. And highly recommend it. Photos accurate. We loved it. Having said that a couple of things to be aware of:1. There is only one set of keys available. This is a really challenge because there is a locked gate that needs a key to get in (or out). So your party has to all stay together (or a lot of planning) because some people can't leave easily if others are out. I urge the owner to design a better system. 2. The cleaning crew was about two hours late. They did a great job and we worked around it. But for some, it could be a challenge.3. Missing extra sheets/comforter for the additional sleeping sofa. All in all a fantastic place!

This property was perfect for our family. Private pool was great, as was the community pool, which we frequently had to ourselves. Figuring out how to get into the property was pretty confusing. It would be helpful if the host could drop a pin at the appropriate entrance for each building. Google maps takes you around to building one and two, the rest of the buildings are accessed on a whole different street. Where you are meant to park is not obvious if you have never seen the property before. Once we figured it all out it was a perfect stay. Property is close to many restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend visiting the cenotes, Coba, and the Sian Ka'an reserve.

Jamie, having two pool options and often getting the community one entirely to yourselves is a real bonus for a family stay. The navigation feedback is genuinely useful, and those directions will be clearer for anyone arriving next. Coba and Sian Ka'an are exactly the kind of side trips that make this area worth the trip.

This amazing Villa was our home for a week. The property itself was amazing, beautiful art, big, roomy and had everything you need. The small pool right outside the door was great for a quick dip while the bigger pool only 75 ft away had cabanas and loungers. The paths through the complex had beautiful Mayan art. It is centrally located in Tulum with perfect distances to cenote, resturants, lagoons and fantastic resturants. We would definitely come back!
