Once a theatre, the building has retained much of its charm while delivering all the modern amenities of a the top boutique hotels in the area. Free Parking for guests behind Main St, on the property make arrival easy. Each apartment has individual key-pad entry offering privacy, security and ease. *Note* Rooms can only be accessed by the original oak stairway so accessibility could be challenging for some.

Very cool apartment central to everything we wanted to see in PEC. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a small fridge for food and drink. Check in and check out were seamless. Overall an excellent place and location, would rent again.

This place was very clean with an awesome shower and his and her sinks. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. There is a record player in the corner of the room that was fantastic for some background noise. It's walking distance to everything needed.
