There’re an additional charge

Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay.

This property clearly mentions the capacity to accommodate a maximum of 12 guests only and there is option for selection to add the guest numbers but first booking request was 2 adults only then we received personal message for stay in the property 11+1 guests. we requested to modify the reservation of booking and pay variation amount due to Price will vary depending on the number of guests because our expenses vary of using basic amenities, this includes essentials like a beds, linens, towels, and toiletries, various energy, housekeeping, other resources and etc... So, we request a proper number of guest when booking to organize all resources are available for smooth operate property management system and enjoyable stay in our property.
