An architectural, luxury home with spectacular views from the sand hills of Moreton Island to Coolangatta and out to sea.

The brand new kitchen features stone bench tops and European appliances.

The space:
The house is spacious and modern, with a mixture of tasteful concrete and wood notes. Our listing is new, so some decorations are still missing. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
Other things to note:
We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay as it is all tank water and under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system.

Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Please be considerate of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified.
