It was the perfect arrangement for our family! We have older teenagers, so my husband & I were able to retreat to the back studio & give them the main part of the house.

Five stars. We love board games! That was my favorite. We laughed so hard we cried. We would love to visit again. We didn’t get to see everything we wanted to.

What a great place!

Saragossa Sunshine was a great place to stay for a while. The house was beautiful, incredibly clean, well stocked with lots of goodies & very close to all the highlights. We parked the car & walked nearly the entire time. Our host checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going well.

The cottage is in a great location. Comfortable and clean accomodation. Did not like all the duplicate texts/emails, etc from itrip. Very confusing.The "free" 300 tickets is not really... You have to buy other tickets and discount not great.

Communication was exceptional - our family felt welcomed from the time of booking and can’t wait to book again soon! The property was clean and ready to host our family. The home itself was perfect for our entire family. The separate suite made our family get away even more special allowing my husband and I a bit a privacy from the kids - they loved being able to stay up late and play the numerous board games stocked by the hosts! Minutes from downtown - we were able to walk and take in the beautiful sights of St Augustine ! With all our walking be it throughout the fort or the many hours spent on George street. We lost track of time and before we knew it our time was up and we didn’t make it to the beach. Well. Guess we will need to book again and again and again ! You’ll love your stay with this choice! Thank you again for hosting our family! We all look forward to staying again soon.

This place was excellent for our family trip! So close to many restaurants. Had everything we needed! Couch could have used a cleaning, but over all very clean and up to date. Beds were very comfortable. Only request maybe some porch chairs. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! Thank you!

Great property exactly as described and very comfortable for our group of eight. Fantastic location walking distance to the historic district- it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere. Was comfortable and quiet. The only minor suggestion I would make would be adding a ceiling fan to the front bedroom like the other bedrooms have. Owner was very communicative from start to finish. Great place for families to stay!

We live just a few hours away and wanted a vacation for our families before my second baby arrives. We came up with my parents and my husbands parents / sister - there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and just a short walk to downtown. The house was set up with towels (beach & shower), shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a starter pack (2 loads worth) of dish soap / laundry detergent. We rented the whole house - it is cozy. Side A has 2 bedrooms (3 beds) & has a main living area, full kitchen, and games if you find yourself at the house wanting to do something. Side “B” has a kitchenette with a pullout sofa, king bedroom and bathroom - so everyone could spread out when they wanted. The beds were extremely comfortable & everyone had a great night sleep! The ease of being able to walk to and from the house to downtown was extremely accommodating as parking can be a bit crazy (& expensive) if wanting to find a spot. The restaurants were AMAZING - 4 days of different restaurants and each of us raved after each meal! Our top 3 were - The Ice Plant, French Pantry, and Columbia!! If you’re thinking of booking - just DO IT!

Our stay

We came for a girls trip which included 4 generations! The house was perfect for us. Great location and very clean. Would definitely stay again. The owner stayed in touch and was available for anything we needed (although we really didn’t need anything). Great place!
