Kids loved the decor and record player. Comfy and clean. Will definitely stay here next time we go to Indianapolis!

Amazing property! Such a cool, fun house with the way it’s decorated in a wonderful neighborhood. Easy walk to Fountain Square for great restaurants and shops. Walkable to downtown, but only an easy, 5 minute drive. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful with communication and recommendations. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family of four’s trip to the Final Four! If we’re ever back in Indy there is no doubt we will stay here again!

Art inspiration stay.

Our family enjoyed this vibrant house and it's walking distance to the downtown Indy (using the cultural pathway that is marked quite well). We enjoyed the surrounding area of restaurants and shops. I would recommend Hoyt house to anyone who enjoys unique stays and cultural atmosphere.

Unique spot in a quiet neighborhood

Hoyt House was perfect for our stay. Most of what we needed or wanted to do was within walking distance. The house seems to have been designed to be comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoyed it for a long weekend.

Kitchy Cute House

Love the fun bright décor. Very inviting and cozy home. Just the right amount of space for us. Appreciate the K Cups for our 6 30 am departure. Did not enjoy the strong perfume scent from plug-ins. I recommend not using them. Did not love the extensive check out process since we were leaving so early in the morning: strip the beds, wash and put away dishes, and take the trash out. These things would not deter from staying again. we visit Indy often and this was a nice spot in a sweet neighborhood.
