“Dawning “farmhouse unwind and relax in this fully refurbished cottage this beautiful country charm Victorian style farmhouse the dawning is part of early settlement history Located on a 200 acre working farm producing hay and silage with breath taking views of meadows and mountains a minute up the road to silos winery and only minutes away to retail shops surrounded amongst wedding venues and restaurants and 5 km to boutique cafes located in berry and 10 minute drive to beautiful 7 mile beach
