My only note for potential renters is to know that the bedrooms are on the bottom floor down a flight of stairs. Other than that (which was not an issue for us) everything was spotless and as advertised. Would stay again.

Mostly good but should give it thought.

Mostly fine but guests should consider a few things. I wanted to like this place more. I wouldn’t be able to stay here again. I wanted to stay with my family outside page for many reasons. It was no accident Amangiri decided to set up their resort nearby. It is a stunning area with amazing views. The townhome is appealing and spacious. However there are issues that would stop me from staying here again:(1) Hot water issues. Water heater issues. Worrying whether we had hot water or not for basic things like bathing my baby, showers and more. (2) The mattress and pillow quality is abysmal……it doesn’t fit the rest of the place since it has some really nice touches. We were unable to have a good nights sleep due to the bad mattress. (3) Garage. Who made these garages. You can’t fit a SUV inside the garage without it being almost at like a 45 degree angle and then you’re unable to open doors/hatch so you can’t comfortably use it anyway….water leaking in the garage too interesting. (4) the kitchen while itself is fine. The items inside the cabinets seem random and cheap. The utensils even look like they’re meant for kids - again it doesn’t match the rest of the rental.

From the owner; Hi Nimit, We were sorry to hear that you had issues at the property. - We responded to you as soon as we could and had someone out who had to reset the water heater. We are working on replacing the unit as soon as we can. - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. We do provide a high-end gel-infused memory foam mattress which has been liked by most. - The listing will be updated to include that the garage fits mid-size and smaller vehicles best, the water was from the malfunctioning water heater we apologize for the inconvenience. - The utensils in the left cabinet are for children, but we provide full-size utensils next to the oven. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Everything was great except the beds were extremely firm and the pillows were flat, therefore couldn’t get a good full night’s sleep. A mattress pad and better pillows would go a long way.
