This house exceeded expectations! Tons of room, great location and nice neighborhood. We were there for the Gus Macker and it worked out perfectly. The bikes were used every day - the kids rode all over town. Haha It was nice because there were 6 bikes so everyone could go. Tons of beach stuff to use and the grill came with the charcoal and lighter fluid. Close to downtown too!It really had everything. I would totally stay again.

Wedding weekend

My family enjoyed our stay! There was lots of room for all of us and we enjoyed our time on the deck, as well. The house was very clean and the location was central to everything we needed in Ludington. Highly recommend it!

Golf outing with family

Good walkable location to downtown for meals and just walking. Close to golf courses. Unfortunately had 2 days of rain. Having been coming here for 20+ years was familiar with the area. Would stay here again.

Wedding weekend

We were in town for our son’s wedding. The location of the house was great and there was plenty of room for the six of us. The backyard deck gave us the space to entertain a neighborhood cat who wandered about for lots of pets. Thanks for your hospitality.

Birthday get-away.

Four ladies enjoyed a three night stay at 311 1/2,enjoyed the lovely sand of the Ludington beach and a longer excursion to Sleeping Bear National Shore. The house was a PERFECT launching pad, immaculately clean and comfortable, with a delightful deck and patio with picnic style table and seats, as well as Adirondack chairs around a fire pit. We look forward to returning for next year’s birthdays. Thank you.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable home. Convenient location, walkable / bikeable (with bikes included!) to downtown and city beach. Also a very cozy set up out back for BBQs and bonfires! Be sure to catch the farmers market on Friday afternoons right down the street! Beds and linens were very comfortable. Communication with property manager was quick, professional and friendly.Only thing to note for future renters: If you're not a cat person, you will find the (super friendly) neighborhood cat Oliver to be quite a bother as he is quite intent on being a part of whoever occupies this home. Personally, we loved the friendly furry company every time we we stepped outside. But worth noting for other guests who may not care for cats.
