This is a great house. My wife, daughter and I found it very comfortable, and quiet. Far enough off the road in front that we didn’t hear a thing. House was certainly more than we expected. Mario the host was super nice and got my wife a kettle so she could have her tea in the morning. Would stay again if we ever get back to Quebec City.

La Grande Maison was the perfect place for us. Great location and very quiet. Very spacious and clean. Mario the host is very helpful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Mario is a great host. I especially appreciated the fact that he met us at the property when we checked in and showed us around. The location worked well, giving us reasonable driving access to the old city, as well as to the falls of Montmorency, the Isle d'Orléans and the countryside beyond the city. Also, there's close walking access to a restaurant, a grocery store and a pharmacy. I enjoyed sitting with my morning coffee in the gazebo, and the sitting area on the back porch is a nice place for conversation during quiet (and warm) evenings. A couple things to be aware of: air conditioning only in a part of the house; and double beds throughout, so if you're used to king or queen, it will be an opportunity for more togetherness than you might be used to. Also, it would be convenient to have a couple things in the kitchen when you check in, like some sugar for coffee, and salt and pepper. But the kitchen is well provisioned with eating and cooking utensils.

We enjoyed our stay in Quebec city at Mario's place! It's very spacious and if you have a car, it's easy to get to the city center.The place was clean and well equipped. Our toddler loved the toys that Mario had around. Mario is a nice guy and was always helpful and friendly.We had a great time and everything was perfect

Logement très grand et agréable. Le kiosque appel à la détente.Il est appreciable d'avoir à disposition les produits de 1ère nécessité (produits de douche et les condiments) ainsi que les produits pour la lessive et le lave vaisselle. La communication est très bonne avec le propriétaire. Le magasin pour faire les courses est à 2 mn à pied et à 5mn il y a un magasin spécialisé dans les glaces qui permet un petit moment de douceur. Le vieux Québec est à moins de 30 mn en voiture et les sites Wendake et montmorency est à 20 mn.

Superbe séjour!

L'accueil à été super. Le proprio était très sympathique. La maison était impeccable. Heureusement nous avions apporté le parc pour bébé. Car dans les photos il y a une bassinette mais elle n'était pas présente dans la maison. C'est probablement ma faute. J'aurais dû demander. À part ça, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Je vous la recommande fortement.
