We chose this house for our family to celebrate my in-laws 60th wedding anniversary. We had a total of 12 people from 4 different states travel into this AMAZING property and it did not disappoint! The house is exactly as pictured and the views are stunning. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing, but we found ourselves spending the majority of our time together around or in the pool and hot tub. The expansive dining table was a true delight at is allowed all of us to sit together for meals. The kitchen was huge and had everything needed. We received a beach gear credit for our stay and used it to rent bikes, beach chairs, tent, etc. The entire family loved our stay, and we would go back in a heartbeat!

This property itself is amazing. The location is right on the beach with private access between boardwalk 9 and 10 (very near 10). The new pool is fantastic. The rooms are very large and each can easily accommodate a small family. The house and kitchen are exquisitely appointed with everything you need. It was clean and ready for our large family. Only downsides: We were told by the manager that there are no cribs or high chairs. So we rented them at considerable additional expense, only to find that two beautiful new cribs and a high chair were provided. The HVAC was weird in that a bedroom on the top floor was exceedingly hot (80), while the main floor was freezing cold despite everything we could attempt with the thermostats. Also, no throw blankets, no hooks in bathrooms or bedrooms, very few towel racks. Otherwise, this was a great property that we would probably rent again. The price was steep though, so we will be sure to shop all other options.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Please accept our apologies for any confusion. The cribs and high chain in the home were left by a previous guest, but as the rental agent conveyed, they are not amenities normally in the home or ones we provide. Additionally, during this unprecedented heat wave, hvac units can't completely keep up in the upstairs areas, especially those with many windows in direct sunlight. We recommend closing blinds to help maintain temperatures during the day when these rare occasions occur. We are otherwise glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay.
