Everything went well. The house was clean and prepared, and it is convenient to most of the small town and access to Raleigh. It is an older house, in good repair but could use some updating.

Great home

We needed a place to stay for an indefinite period of time while being near our son who is terminally ill. This house was perfect for us to be able to come and go and still be close by. I would recommend for anyone needing a home away from home.

Wkend in Sanford to visit family. Our usual hotel was booked, this was a nice change.

Very clean home. Walking distance to downtown shops & restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! The house fit my spouse & 4 kids comfortably!

Quiet and comfortable

The home was very clean and comfortable, very convenient to restaurants and stores! It was in a very quiet neighborhood. We were there for a wedding and this home was very close to the venue! Thank you for sharing your home!

Historic neighborhood

House was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked. It was convenient to everywhere we needed. Note: there are 3 tv’s but none in living room, that was odd. Also toilet and paper towels very cheap, bring your own. Everything else was wonderful.
