Our 4th floor floor top corner unit is a spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with gorgeous Lake views. The #1 amenities facility in all of Okanagan makes this condo complex feel like you are staying at a resort! You will never want to leave. Enjoy the large pool, kids pool, hot tub, bbq areas, pool table, foosball, ping pong, fitness facility, sports courts and more!! Shopping within 2 min drive.
The Large Master Bedroom has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, linens. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and twin on top.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with all dining-ware and cookware, coffeemaker & more.
Washer/Dryer in the unit. One secured underground parking stall.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please follow all rules posted by the Strata rules. Any major violations will result in tenants to be evicted with no refund and fines will be charged
No parties or events. No smoking in unit or on deck. This is a non-smoking building. Designated smoking areas are outside.
