Absolutely Amazing Stay!

We had such a wonderful stay and can’t say enough great things about this place! Kim truly went above and beyond with everything, making us feel welcome and so well taken care of throughout our stay. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail made the experience extra special, and we really appreciated how much care she put into making sure we had a great time. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you, Kim, for making our trip so memorable!

Our stay was perfect for 6 adults and 3 kids.

The property had a beautiful view of the ocean. Lovely outdoor spaces. It had 4 ensuite bedrooms and a bunk bed for one person also with a bathroom. Kim made great food and drink for us. The pool was great and the place not too busy. Loved everything. Linda Kim took good care of us

Amazing “everything”

Super clean and close to amenities. Clean and comfortable!! Quiet pool/beach at resort, but near by party “areas” when wanted. Having a daily maid/cook/grocery shopper included was one of the best features; Kimberly was wonderful!! We will be back!!

It was awesome! Looking forward to next year's vacation

The penthouse is spacious, clean, well maintained and stocked with anything you need. Kim is fantastic - super helpful and a great cook. She bought food for us whenever we were missing anything and even got us a fantastic cinderella pinata for one of the kids who had a birthday. She helped us find a babysitter when we needed one and recommended swimming and tennis instructors before we even got there. Shangrila also offers great amenities: the pool is huge, the food at the pool is great and the service fantastic. The tennis, basketball and pickle ball courts are generally available and another great activity. The beach is quiet and the ocean very calm. The Marina area itself continues to grow and offers new activities and restaurants. All in all - a great vacation spot.

Amazing Place!

Everything was great from the start to the end, communications were great, Martin and Emilee were very responsive, helping me in transportation, doubts or whatever need. Kim helped us every day, with her smiling face , she cooked amazing, a very sweet person, she bought the groceries and even got me the New year props I forgot to bring. The condo is everything you see in the description, amazing. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms with nice towles and toiletries and spotless. The kitchen had everything you need, with condiments and many other things. The balcony is beautiful with lots of seating area, we enjoyed grilling there , has a beautiful view of the pools and ocean. Everything worked, hi speed internet etc. Location is perfect, we walked to the Marina to have dinner , went to bars, massages, etc.! we went to to Sams and Walmart 6 min drive, very convenient! We would love to be back! Gracias!!

this was the best place we stayed. Cosme was right there to pick us up even though we were delayed a goof bit at customs. Kim was a wonder and so helpful. Wow what a great cook

Definitely Recommend this property

My family and I stayed at this property in early December 2022. We will definitely be booking again. The Penthouse is exactly as pictured, and the resort is amazing. The owner is quick to respond to any questions or requests. The best part of this as well is having the lovely Kim attend to our needs while we were there. She made our trip so much better. The snacks and food she prepared were incredible, and we loved the fact that she would do our grocery shopping for us. The location is also superb. You are literally right across the street from the marina for restaurants, shopping and excursions, and only a short taxi or bus ride from the Malecon. If you are looking for a place for a great family vacation, I would highly recommend.

Best in Shangri La

The host Kim made our visit comfortable, convenient, and fun. We have stayed at 5-6 units in Shangri and the Martin condo was the best - completely upgraded, including kitchen, baths, linen and furniture. Kim also assisted with activities such as a day on a boat with fresh food and drinks. Everything was perfect and look forward to staying here again! 5 Stars!!!!
