The cottage has lots of room and is super close to the beach. It was very clean and instructions were easy to follow. Host was prompt on sending information. Loved the location. Very quiet at night. Only suggestion would be to replace the main couch. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Port Stanley Weekend

Great property to stay at! Big kitchen, nice outdoor space, and short walk to the beach. No AC as it broke before we arrived, but the owner gave us a small refund to accommodate. We love Port Stanley and would return yearly.

The house is spacious with plenty of light and and beautiful high beam ceiling. Bedroom sizes are good. It's clean and inviting. Good size kitchen, fenced little yard that the dog loved, and an excellent BBQ and fire pit. Plenty of books and games. 2 minutes walk to the beach.The sofas in the living area are very old and quite shabby. Few things that need attention and fixing:*The French doors @ the main bedroom doesn't come out and close, so no privacy there.*The fan in the same room is wobbly and very noisy.*The freezer is full of ice and almost imposible to useIn general, a little more attention to maintenance is required.and... oops - we had a night guest visiting the kitchen nibbling off some cookies. We haven't seen it but found the droppings on the counter. He made a hole in the shopping bag.
