Pacific Sands Resort # 21 - Oregon Beach Vacations

Pacific Sands Resort #21 has wonderful views from this light and airy second floor oceanfront condo! Recently furnished with brand new furniture, beds, and window coverings. Both bedrooms have queen beds while one also has an oceanfront view. The great room area has a large glass door, which opens onto the oceanfront deck, so there are plenty of areas to enjoy views of the surf and sand! A lovely blend of beach comfort, this vacation condo is decorated in shades of off-white and sandy colors to help you feel relaxed and at home! The full kitchen has all you need to cook up a vacation or a holiday meal, and with the wood burning fireplace, you can warm yourself on those cool Pacific coast evenings. When staying at Pacific Sands Resort #21, you'll have access to miles of sandy beaches from the property and be able to explore the ancient tree stumps when the tide permits. Why not take a stroll through quiet and quaint Neskowin to enjoy a round of golf, the tasty food at Hawk Creek Cafe or browse through the selections at the Neskowin Store. It is a quick and easy drive into Pacific City, north of Neskowin, or you can drive south to Lincoln City where you'll find more shopping and area attractions. A washer and dryer are not available at this condo, but feel free to use the local laundry mat located at the Neskowin Store if the need arises. Stay at Pacific Sands Resorts #21 today, and have your best vacation yet!

Beach Access: Walking north from the unit on Breakers Ave to Sheridan Ave turn left to the sand.

Parking is available for up to two vehicles at this home. Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted. The wood fireplace is available for guest use- just be sure to bring your own firewood or presto-type logs. It is also important to note that during winter storms, the oceanfront windows and patio door may be partially to fully boarded up to prevent damage from possible sneaker waves. All Pacific Sands units are non-smoking and that includes balconies.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental was perfect for our Oregon coast get away. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning gazing at the ocean and listening to the sounds of the waves. Neskowin is a cute, quiet little community that is centrally located to many coastal towns and activities. We will most definitely return!

Wonderful location and cute unit. The living room was particularly comfortable for a beach rental. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back.The beds are the one and only drawback — the springs seem to have gone out or something. It wouldn’t prevent us from renting the property again, but may be a problem for someone with back issues.

I went on the website and put in the information I was looking for a place that was pet friendly. The listing came up and I rented it. When we got there we were informed that it was not pet friendly and we couldn’t stay there. We contacted your company and we were unable to get any money returned. So I spent 1300 for a place I couldn’t stay in. And another 800 to stay somewhere else. After this experience I will never be using your website again

Beautiful View, Excellent quiet location.

The unit is older but very clean. Perfect for a couple or family get away to the coast. Right on the beach and the views are what make it special. have a cup of coffee, glass of wine and a book and you're all set.

Weekend getaway

We had a lovely mom + daughter stay in Neskowin. Super comfortable condo which had two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The balcony view was lovely. Loved the Beatles theme too! Perfect proximity to the beach and the town, which we adore. It was perfect for us.

Fantastic place to get away from it all!

The place was exactly what we were looking for. You open the front door and the first thing you see is a fantastic ocean view. The sounds of the ocean were amazing. The unit is located in a very quiet neighborhood not lots going on which is exactly what we wanted. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful view!

We were very comfortable at this condo. Great location with beach access nearby and unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. It was faintly musty, might be due for a deep clean.

It was a very well equipped condo with incredible views! Access to the beach was right next to the condo block. The couch was newer and comfortable and we slept okay in the beds. The bathrooms were definitely dated and in need of upgrade to make this a 5 star stay. Additionally, the carpet needed to be cleaned because it was stained. But overall we had a great stay with no problems! I would stay here again because it was competitively priced.

Birthday get a way

Property was very clean and seemed well taken care of, although it was old and dated. The view and balcony was amazing. Very disappointed in the lack of beach access. Property description stated “easy beach access”, it should say no beach access.
