One off street parking space that comes off of 55th street behind the South side unit. 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath town home in a wonderful residential location. Off street parking and outside shower/back yard deck with grille on ground level. There are 3 bedrooms (one room has private deck), 2 full baths, and laundry on the first floor. The top floor has an open layout including the living room, dining room, and fully stocked and updated kitchen. Behind the kitchen is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. Note: There are 5 wall air conditioners. One air conditioner in each bedroom and one big air conditioner in the living room.

Owner very nice, great location!

House is in a good location, fully equipped and lots of beds. Only downfall was lots of twin/bunks for adults but enough space for an air mattress. Would definitely recommend this rental!
