Great location! Close to the main street, but has the feeling of privacy. What I expected after seeing the photos is what we got and communication was phenomenal too. We left wishing to stay at least another night to enjoy the property more.

This was a cozy place & I’d go back again. It was clean with a good view besides the trash can from the flood at the edge of the place. I’d rate this place a 9.5 out of 10. The outside lights didn’t work. Everything else was good though. Clean floors, cold AC, comfy bed, a short walk to town. Daniel

Daniel, a short walk to town and a cold AC unit waiting on you is exactly what that house is built for, so I'm glad it delivered. You're right about the two things that pulled it off a 10. The outside lights are being rewired this week, and the trash can left over from the flood cleanup at the edge of the property has been hauled off for good. Come back once the exterior lighting is running and take the porch after dark, that view holds up at sunset better than it does at noon. Anniversary trip for the wife and I. Location was great. House was perfect. Deer in The yard every morning. We go to Fredericksburg 2 times minimum every year. This was the first stay and will not be the last. Thanks for the house and a great experience. Till next time.

Dustin, those deer showing up every morning are one of those things that just never gets old out here. Glad the house gave you and your wife the right setting to celebrate your anniversary, and it means a lot that you chose us for the first time after all your trips to Fredericksburg. When you come back in the fall the wildlife activity picks up even more, and the Hill Country color that time of year is worth building a trip around. Looking forward to having you both again.

Simple, small, clean, no frills but perfect if you are planning on being out all day and just coming back to sleep. Location couldn't be better for easy, walkable access to Main St. Very cool to see deer in the yard walking back at night. The only minor issues are the struggle to get the toilet to flush properly and the door mat outside can slip when stepped on which almost caused us to fall a few times. Please change out what is under the door mat or post a caution note.
