Overall, our stay was good. The rooms downstairs are very warm. We bought two fans to help us cool down and left them there for the next guests as we were flying and couldn’t take them with us.

Great Location, Good Experience

Our group had a great. Property Management Group was a bit intense but I shared that feedback and it was taken well. Overall, very much suggest staying at this location. Groups of 12 max as a suggestion.

Do not recommend. We were misled about the amenities in the house, including Wifi, which was not available for 6 days in the house. The furniture is all extremely cheap and about to fall apart, if not actively unusable (some of the chairs were too wobbly to sit on). There was a wire hanging across the backyard at waist height, and the string lights near the outdoor seating were broken and hanging near the ground. There were a lot of beds, of all different sorts, some soft, some hard, all old. The dishwasher is hard to use because when you open the door, it hits the knobs of the cupboard next to it. The various house systems, e.g., AC and heat, are old and slow, with rusty radiator covers and stains near the radiators throughout. Our biggest complaint in terms of functionality (besides the dishwasher) was the WiFi, which was down when we arrived, and had been down for 2 days already according to the Nest system. The AI robot answers to my texts were very annoying. The company didn't manage to get the WiFi back up for almost the entire visit. I made an effort and spoke to an actual human who worked for either Roami or CozySuites, and they informed me they were working on it (it still took 3 more days), and that they would think about whether to refund any of our payment, given the listed amenity (WiFi) was not provided. No refund so far. Wifi was eventually restored after 6 days. Repairman reported he could not contact anyone at company. Very unsatisfactory.

Cozy Suites Alexandria

The location and generally the house systems were fine and all components function properly although it certainly was the lowest quality IKEA type furniture that I have ever experienced in a VRBO, although the beds were comfortable in fairness. The problem and why I would never rent directly from CozySuites are three main things: 1) when I texted to say there were only 5 forks for a 16 person house as well as insufficient bowls, spoons I would have expected some to be delivered or I even suggested Amazon but nothing was done. You knew exactly how many people we were and it is not my job to decide how many you. I felt like your responses were AI generated. Luckily my daughter lived close by and we could eat our takeout with her forks Felt your organization was unresponsive 2) when I emailed you about 10 days prior indicating I wanted confirmation of my reservation since the last response several months earlier was you requesting photo IDs photos from us several different times, I NEVER received an email reply to my email. 3) I just have the feeling you have standard replies like they were AI generated and did nothing about my concerns when I texted about only having 5 forks, and very limited spoons and bowls. The two bedrooms were in the basement and one had to walk through one to get to the other. No bathroom on main floor. These should be disclosed.
