I cannot praise this place enough close to all amenities even a little ferry to cross the beautiful Derwent River to Hobart City. Wonderful view of Mt Wellington and the Derwent River from the lounge room. Very comfortable beds very clean. Very cute little suburb.

We had a fantastic stay! A great location for food, beverages, walks and events at the stadium.The property was also super clean, the paintwork and flooring gave it a new feeling, also a great view day and night and in a peaceful area.The fridge was a great size, long-life milk provided and small cereal packets for breakfast.The only suggestions I would make for an even better stay would be some hooks in the bathroom, a platter/cheese knife for use in the kitchen and maybe a little more light on the uneven path up to the door.Thank you to Maxine - we were super happy/impressed with your property, I'm sure we'll be back!

We used to live in Bellerive most of our lives so love it! We love outdoor activities eg camping, sailing, beaches, which are in this area. But I’ve met through hosting some very nice people & really enjoy the whole experience.

This is a lovely area it’s so central to everything, ferry to Hobart, walking track, beaches & village with eateries & so close to the water with beautiful views
