PRIVATE AND SECURE We are located in secured gated community that has both short- and long-term residents. The community is professionally monitored by security cameras throughout. The Community has a noise curfew that prohibits loud noise between 10 pm - 7.
GUEST ACCESS Guest can access any part of the home except for the locked owner's closet and there is no access to the balcony next to the master bedroom.
ROOM DESCRIPTION * Upstairs Master Bedroom 1 has a King size with a foam mattress. The room has a flat-screen TV, a dresser, a large closet and a nightstand. * Upstairs 2nd Bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. *Downstairs Bedroom has a queen bed. This room leads to a patio and with a fenced yard and a BBQ grill. * There are two bathrooms upstairs and they are attached to the bedrooms. We provide bath, hand, and face towels. * There is one bathroom downstairs next to the bedroom. * Washer and Dryer are located in the bathroom downstairs. * The Living Room is equipped with Sofa, two chairs, and a 50” flat-screen Smart TV * The Dining area seats up to 6 people. * The Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, a toaster, a blender, a can opener, etc. *We provide a starter kit that includes essentials such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.
OUTSIDE AREA * The beach is a short, nice stroll from the townhouse. * We have two dedicated parking spots for this townhome. ***Note: Our HOA does NOT ALLOW Trailer Parking***
When booking with us, you are acknowledging that you have read & agreed to the house rules and disclaimers: -QUIET TIME: 10 pm -7 am. -CHECK-IN/OUT: 4 PM Check-in & 10 am Check-out. Guests staying past checkout are subject to fines of $50 per hour. These are fees charged by our cleaning company to owners -NO SMOKING. If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fee will be charged -NO loud noises/parties/events/gatherings permitted. The community ran by an HOA, which prohibits parties. You are subject to be asked to leave immediately if another homeowner complains that you are breaking these listed rules. -NO illegal drugs. Marijuana is not allowed in or around the unit. Smoking marijuana in outdoor spaces is not allowed. -PETS: Pre-approval is required. $100 per pet, per stay (max 2 pets under 30 lbs with minimal shedding). Pet Guidelines: • Pets must always be supervised • No pets on furniture • Use a crate/kennel if leaving your pet unattended • Clean up after your pet—additional fees apply if waste is not removed -NO unauthorized guests allowed -INTERNET: While we provide Wi-fi, it's not 100% guaranteed as the weather plays a factor in this area. No refunds will be issued if Wi-fi is not available. - POOL. The shared swimming pool is managed by the community HOA and is usually open between March and October. Owners/Hosts do not control the timing of the pool maintenance schedule. No refunds will be given if the pool is inoperative due to weather or maintenance. There is NO LIFEGUARD on duty. Please observe posted pool rules. -Please do not move any decorations/furniture during your stay. Should you need to move anything, please put it back where you found it. -No tampering with /obstructing the view of cameras. -We assume no responsibility for any loss or theft of guests' personal property.

Nice place, well maintained. The only suggestion I have is to better equip the kitchen. It needs serving bowls, mixing bowls, and enough plates, water glasses, etc. to serve at a minimum 8 people. We cooked each meal and had to purchase paper plates and bowls.

We came into town for a dance competition. This beautiful condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was extremely clean and the owners are super easy to work with and very helpful. Will definitely return 5 stars!
This home is exactly as listed. The gated community is wonderful! Pulling out of the community you have a direct view of the gulf which has beautiful white sand beaches. Owners we very easy to contact and responded quickly! There is a good chance that we will be making many more trips to this area and we will definitely try to book this home again.
As my granddaughter was participating in the World Series softball tournament we wanted to play some and support her as well. We enjoyed the convenience of the condo and all it had to offer. Wish the grass had been cut. Overall it was a great experience. Thanks for sharing your property with us.
Wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Property was very clean and the townhome was very nice. Neighborhood was very secure and in a good location. For those who say anything about the trains, you going to get that with any place that is close to the beach here. Was not a factor for us. Would definitely stay here again!

We just needed a place to stop for the night. It was roomy, clean and convenient.
My family enjoyed the trip but the neighbor that drives a Jeep caused a big problem at the gate, he blocked the gate and because I didn't know you had to press # before the numbers. He's a jerk. But he didn't ruin our much needed trip. Thanks for everything

Condo was perfect! We were close to Gulfport Light Show. We relaxed and made snowmen cookies. Very nice space for the price. Will definitely stay there again.
The house was nice and clean. The one thing I wish I had known was how close the train route was. It came through all during the night and woke us up. We enjoyed our stay otherwise and it wasn't far from the beach.
I am so pleased with my stay. Everything was spot on! Clean, spacious and very comfortable. The towels in the bathrooms, smelled so fresh and clean.
This was my first experience and I will most certainly book again.
It was very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay. The train runs periodically but you get used to it and hardly even notice after a day. The rooms were nice and clean and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil you will need.

We are centrally located between Gulfport and Biloxi making it convenient to many attractions. Our guests have ranged form vacationers, families visiting their relatives at the military base at Keesler, snowbirds, and business travel. If you have young children, the Lynn Meadows Discovery Museum, Jones Park, and Gulf Island Water Park is great for entertaining the kids. Our guests have enjoyed restaurants such as White Cap Seafood Restaurant, Tony Nelson’s King Of Philly Cheesesteaks, El Lupillo, Cajun’s Fabulous Fried Chicken, Perry’s Caribbean Delight, and much more. If you are just in the mood for cooking at home, we have a fully stocked kitchen and grill, so stop by our neighborhood grocery store, Rouse Market and Winn Dixie. Walmart is also close by for any other shopping needs. We are located one hour to New Orleans and have 7 + casinos between Gulfport and Biloxi. And if you enjoy poker or card rooms, we recommend the Beau truly have one of the best Poker rooms in the country. Shipwreck island is another popular attraction for our guests as you board a boat that takes you sandy white prepare yourself for an all day adventure. While there are so much more to and see, we also just enjoy getting up early in the morning and running/walking on the beach as it it's so convenient to get there. In the evenings, we often visit the beach for a second time to watch the sunset and the hermit crabs scatter around at night.
