Super great place, lovely pool and hot tub

Would absolutely stay here again! Great spot for a group of 5. My only criticism is that it gets a bit loud with street traffic and having darker shades in the bedrooms would be nice.

Great place with the best location. Very clean. The shower in master bedroom was the only thing that bothered me. That should be an easy fix. Thank you for a great week!

Great Access to Skiing

Unit was comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Amenities were very good. The proximity to the base chairs and Gondola was super. Short walk across the street to the plaza. Lock, load and up you go!

Great Condo!

Great location to Base Village. Easy to check in and good parking. Good communication from Owner. Nice pool and hot tub. Decor is a little tired, could use some paint/carpet. Some of the windows were stuck and wouldn’t open. Great value for the $. Would stay there again.

Easy and fun Snowmass trip

6 of us stayed in your property for a spring break ski trip to Snowmass: 2 adults and 4 kids. The property was just as advertised. There were 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a small kitchen and living room, and a washer dryer. It was great for our needs but definitely a bit run down and could use a little TLC. The master bedroom was good sized and comfortable. However, the drawers wouldn't all open, and the faucets for the shower went very quickly from hot to cold. The 2 other bedrooms worked well for us because we needed 4 twin beds instead of the typical double/queen. One of the rooms was significantly larger than the other. The downstairs bedroom was very small, with room just for the 2 twin beds and not much more. It also didn't have a real door but a sliding door. Everything in the kitchen and the laundry room and TV area worked well. It was a quick walk across the street to get to the base of the mountain -- but careful crossing because it is a very busy street with fast moving cars and buses. Speaking of buses, it is close to a couple different bus stops if anyone wants to take the free shuttle into Aspen. There is also an app you can download to get their shuttle to and from the airport, so you don't really even need a car. We left our skis outside at night and never worried about them. The parking is super easy right in front of the townhomes on the street. The management is easy to communicate with via text or in person if you walk a few minutes up the hill.
