Lovely home. Had a fabulous vacation. Golf was amazing. Wish the weather was better, will have to come back in late springtime. Only complaint was the kitchen faucet was loose but that is just an afterthought…we still give your lovely place an excellent recommendation

Fantastic place for a short break

Absolutely lovely place on the beach which was secluded enough for a great get away but not far from restaurants and amenities. Accommodation was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable.

The condo was spacious with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen, dining and living room were an open floor plan taking the space feel even larger. The porch was not usable given the construction going in the furniture was not prepared for us to be there. It had been quite windy previously, and I think things were just stacked up to protect the furnishings. However, the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our day very much and it did not impact how we felt about the property. Hope to return soon!

Just as shown in the pictures, this is a lovely property! Easy access to the beach, property managers to answer any questions or address any needs. Bike paths can take you right to FreshFields - location was ideal for younger children!

Awesome property and location

This property have everything that we needed for our stay. Clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to the store. The sound of the ocean from the back porch with the rocking chairs was just what we needed.

We had a lovely time at the condo. The walk to the ocean was just a few minutes away and you could see the ocean in the distance from the living room. The landscaping of the property was lovely and the porch was a great amenity. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We would rent this again.

Fun with the family

Easy to check in Clean (wife happy) Location was great!!!!! Able to hit the beach, and the golf course. Sat at the ocean course one day out side and had lunch 12 minutes away, I would suggest. Overall would go back.

Great get away!

We were supposed to be in Italy this year for a fun trip with friends but COVID caused us to cancel. Although we weren't in Italy we had so much fun and it was really relaxing. Very close to Cougar Pointe for golf/dinner/drinks as well as very close to the beach which made it easy to come and go as you pleased.

Everything you need for great family vacay

Great location, well decorated, well supplied with essentials and more. Great morning to afternoon restaurant within short walk of villa. Large flatscreen TVs in every room. Well supplied with beach equipment like chairs, boogie boards and play equipment. Grandkids loved foosball table. Capacious veranda.

Great rental property! Nice 3 bedroom ocean front villa with 3 queen/king beds. Perfect for a beach & golf vacation with our 2 adult children and their spouses and our young grandchildren.
