if you are a foodie this kitchen is for you! we did an early Tgiving meal for 12 flawlessly. the most beautiful house we have ever rented on HHI. More than enough beach chairs and towels.

It was a fabulous house for our family of 16. Everyone loved it. The kitchen and bedrooms were very well stocked. Our only criticism would be pool area did not get sun except very early in the morning. It was a wonderful week. We will be back

Hosted 4 families super spacious and comfortable. Light and well decorated. Kitchen was great and the home was well equipped for adults as well as children. Short walk to a fantastic beach. We did have an issue with the stove not working but the property management made it right. Great stay.

Perfect House!

The house is perfect for a large group and has everything you need for a great vacation for all ages! The furniture is clean, comfortable and classy! The beds are comfortable, plentiful and relaxing! The only thing I would say negative is the parking spaces are not for 6 cars especially if you have an SUV. We barely made 5 cars fit and only because we parallel parked one behind the 4.

If you have this house in your like list BOOK IT!! Every house in this development is amazing, but I think our was the best!! This place made our family trip amazing!! The house is CLEAN, HUGE, has everything you could possibly think of!!! Being from WI, it was so cool have the turtles and the alligator in the back yard!!! Short walk to the beaches, everyone in the development was beyond nice! POOL was the highlight of our stay!! We will be back!!!

Great property and a convenient location

Our group of 14 found the house to be the perfect fit for our week on Hilton Head Island. It was roomy enough to not feel cramped. The kitchen and coffee bar more that fit the bill when cooking and eating in. The media room is super for movies or video games. The pool was a welcome respite during cooler days. It's an easy walk to the beach and that takes less than 10 minutes. Even better, the house is in a convenient location to the many golf courses on the north end of the island while still being a roughly 30-minute drive down to Sea Pines.

We had my whole family present with their kids. Plenty of room for people to gather together or to have alone time. Heated pool was wonderful and decks with water view for those hanging back from the beach. With a golf cart, we only had room for 5 vehicles. Couldn't play ping pong. Only concerns were tv setups were difficult to use and the breaker would go out for the tv, refrigerators and internet.

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our large family and couldn't have been happier. The house was exceptionally well-equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable week-long stay. We were traveling with two babies and were especially pleased with the thoughtful amenities provided for them (crib, pack n play, etc.), which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The location was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the area, and the furnishings were absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully chosen throughout the home. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay and would gladly return in the future.

What an incredible vacation spot! This was one of our favorite homes we have ever rented. It is very, very clean. It is stocked well with beach towels, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, kitchen tools, kitchen supplies, and bath towels. Wi-fi was plainly visible. Check in and check out instructions were perfect. The pool was so nice and clean, also. Out of 5 stars, our family gives it 10! We will be back!
