Beautiful 3 Bedroom House in a Quiet Neighborhood

House and property is exactly as pictured. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere and yet walking distance to shops and great restaurants. We stayed here with our kids and grandchild and it was just perfect. Kids enjoyed the playground Nextdoor and access to pickleball courts less than a mile down the road; house provided the rackets

Wonderful experience! This is our 2nd year in a row that we have stayed at Little Basin Villas, we plan to return for a 3rd and every year after that! You can't beat the views, the fishing and the amazing amenities.

The property is just like the pictures. If traveling with more than two people, the house would be great because every bedroom is an en suite and a half bath in the common area. There were a couple things that we did not like that’s why we did not give it 5 star. The parking lot (which is the view from our unit) was sand. Our car, shoes etc., were a mess after a 12 day stay. Everything that touches that is white. The pool area had babies with diapers and dogs. Love babies and dogs but not in the pool. Also, the furniture on the porches were very uncomfortable - no cushions. Overall everything was great. Very good communication with the company and excellent location.

Thank you, Rosemary, for staying at Isla (Villa #6) Lychee. I’m glad the villa matched the photos and that the layout, communication, and location worked well for you. I’m sorry the sandy parking area made things messy, being a beach property, we do have quite a bit of sand that comes with the tropical nature of our units. I also apologize for the pool experience; we had one guest who did not follow pool rules, and we promptly cleaned up once we were notified of the issue. Finally, I appreciate the note about the porch furniture, we don't advertise cushions, but we will talk to the owner about adding some. We value the feedback and hope to host you again.

Amazing experience

We had such an incredible time staying in this villa. It was our first time to Islamorada and we look forward to returning. It was walking distance to many restaurants and the property was on the gulf side so it was great to watch the sunsets from the dock. The place was spotless and the only thing I wish they had provided was a vacuum. I like to keep places I rent as clean as my home and having access to more cleaning supplies for the week would have been helpful. Overall it was great and I would stay here again hands down.

This place is spotless and feels so airy, bright, and clean! We loved the dedicated bathroom for each bedroom. And every bedroom is a nice size. The location is perfect for many Islamorada locations - if you can beat the FL heat, you can walk to almost everything. Our favorite nearby place is Morada Bay for lunch or dinner with sunset. Publix and CVS are both a short drive away. The pool is nice - maybe a smidge small; we never felt crowded but all the rentals didn’t seem to be booked either. Access to fish off the dock provided hours of entertainment. We saw a manatee, crocodile (yes, right off the dock; I wouldn’t recommend swimming), and many beautiful parrot fish. We also booked a day pass at the nearby Islander Resort to get that resort feel for one day of our week. Quick and easy drive down to Key West for the day. My only negative and this is small is that the provided toilet paper is terrible. Pack your own or you’ll be heading to Publix stat! Overall a fantastic stay and a good value for the area.
