We were well satisfied with the property and location. We enjoyed our stay and were comfortable. The property was listed correctly and was well supplied with coffee, and extras in the kitchen. Parking on the street worked out well. Nice quiet neighborhood. Thank you for your listing.

Lila was a fantastic host! Check-in was smooth, and her communication was excellent—she was quick to answer our questions before and during our stay. The home was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the location made it easy to enjoy Pacific Beach and the surrounding areas. We also really appreciated having access to the beach chairs and umbrella, and there was always plenty of street parking available. We’d happily stay here again!

The property was great. Only recommendation would be to have the furniture deep cleaned for some minor stains and replace the living room carpet. This didn't change my rating because due to the traffic it's understandable. Other than that everything else was excellent. Location is perfect, everything for us was no more than 15 to 20 minutes away. I loved my welcome card!

Wonderful host! Parking was right in front of the rental. You are 5-10 minutes away from restaurants and entertainment. The rental was very clean and comfortable. We will be using this place anytime we come back to San Diego.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was clean, close to the beach. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly and accommodating. She even left a handwritten card with a gift card to her favorite little bakery. I would absolutely stay there again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The home was better than we expected with every single little detail taken care of. The kitchen was so well stocked, with all the necessities. The area was so nice and quiet, and close enough to walk or quickly drive to the beach. We loved the front porch area that was enclosed and just perfect to relax in. Communication was a breeze, not that we needed much! Our only issue was that the floors and doors were quite squeaky and loud which was a little tricky with little kids napping and going to bed earlier, but we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect retreat

Had an absolutely lovely stay at this chic little beach escape. Loved the private front patio with fountain. The host was beyond welcoming and the home had everything we needed.
