Welcome to our cozy two-story downtown home in the heart of historic St. John's! Nestled in the vibrant core, it's within walking distance to supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, Bannerman Park, boutiques, and The Rooms museum. We have two spacious bedrooms with separate full bathrooms, plus a convertible dining room/bedroom with a half bathroom downstairs.

Excellent location as described. Proximity to night life, restaurants, and research center if you are so inclined. The rental house is beautifully decorated and has a large back yard. The area was quiet and surrounded by quaint homes and businesses.I would definitely return to this rental.

The unit itself is everything you could want. The walk down to the waterfront and shops is an easy downhill stroll. The walk back up hill is more challenging for those who may not be in prime shape. Grocery store was an easy 6 minute walk away.

We have travelled extensively and this is one of most beautiful, perfectly located and well appointed homes we have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything we could have needed or wanted during our stay was available to us in this beautiful home. Martin was an outstanding, communicative and patient host. With restaurants, shopping, historic sites and museums all within walking distance, I cannot recommend this perfect home enough. Thank you, Martin!

The house was more than expected. Beautifully appointed property that you will take decorating ideas from. The property has different areas, so a group traveling together need not be cheek to jowl. Has all the imaginable amenities. Excellent central location. Close to everything. I’m trying to find a negative aspect, but….. it’s just a lovely property.

We stayed here for 2 night. The house is very comfortable and well stocked. Martin, your well supplied first aid kit came in handy when my father in law cut himself while hiking, and we could bandage him up.Martin was easy to communicate with, the beds were very comfy, it was quiet at night and we were close to everything.Would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. Thanks Martin.

Awesome place to stay!

We loved our stay here! Martin was amazing to work with - so accommodating and answered any questions quickly. The house is gorgeous and so comfortable- a great base to come back to after a day of sight seeing! Would highly recommend!

Property was very clean, fully equiped and in a great location. The host even popped by to see of we needed anything after we arrived. Definitely recommend this property.
